Training & Development Manager

As the Training & Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping training solutions for an acclaimed global consultancy specialising in gambling harm minimisation. Your responsibilities will include developing and designing accredited materials for the company's groundbreaking programmes.

This role will complement those experiences, bringing expertise in training development and design to create exciting and impactful training solutions, using our Raise Awareness, Understand the Need and Collaborate and Innovate approach for our wide range of clients.​

Utilising your knowledge of learning theory, you'll bring our training to life by incorporating these real-lived experience examples whilst catering to our customer's specific training needs. By providing a memorable learning experience, you will help to fulfil our mission which is to take the problem out of gambling.

Reporting to the Head of Training and Social Impact, you will take on a vital role in supporting our programme delivery staff in curriculum development and the design of impactful training solutions across a variety of platforms. You will also support our internal employee development by curating and developing internally facing content whilst working with external providers to provide innovative solutions to staff’s developmental needs.​
